Youth and Community
I am passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people of all ages and abilities can discover the transformative power of theatre. Whether I’m directing youth productions, leading drama workshops, or guiding community initiatives, I view each opportunity as a chance to learn from the people I work with, while creating performances that reflect unique perspectives and experiences.

From schools and local theatres to community settings, I’ve directed productions for young actors, co-facilitated projects for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and led drama groups for adults with learning needs. I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations such as Queen's Theatre Hornchurch, Clarion Futures, A Team Arts, Trinity Theatre, Barnet Young Carers, and many more. These experiences have shown me how theatre can build confidence, foster connection, and give voice to those who are often unheard. This collaborative, inclusive approach is central to everything I do, empowering individuals and strengthening communities.

Social Impact and Inclusion
Theatre can be a tool for education, social change, and empowerment. From delivering devised productions with community groups to running forum theatre workshops on critical topics such as consent and sexual exploitation in schools, I strive to create spaces where difficult conversations can happen and diverse voices can be amplified. My experience managing social investment programmes for vulnerable groups has further fueled my dedication to making theatre an agent for positive change.

Neuroscience
With an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology, I have a specialist interest in the human brain, including its impact on behaviour, learning, and health. I appreciate the diverse range of minds that exist in our world, and am keen to promote healthy workspaces that value individuality.
Aware that many scientists are concerned with their research impact, I am interested in how theatrical and scientific fields might work together to enhance their output. Watch this space!
My own research interests: hormones; dementia; Parkinson's disease; muscle strength; modifiable risk factors; community and home-based intervention.
